Decanter Series
LW decanter centrifuges is mainly composed of rotating body combination (screw and bowl, etc.), planetary gearbox, double motor (main and auxiliary motors), double frequency converter, integrated base, fully enclosed casing, feeding pipe and automatic control system. It can carry out solid-liquid separation, particle size classification, solid-phase dehydration and liquid-phase clarification for a variety of suspensions with large physical properties.
Peeler Series
Peeler centrifuge is a continuous operation, intermittent discharge filter centrifuge, which is divided into ordinary scraper discharge centrifuge, siphon scraper discharge centrifuge and through wall scraper discharge centrifuge. The machine can be operated automatically or manually. The operation time of each stage of the filtration process can be adjusted at will, and the filter residue with low moisture content and good washing and high-efficiency processing capacity can be obtained. It is mainly applicable to the separation of suspension containing medium and fine particles, such as bleaching powder, PVC, trichloroisocyanuric acid, polyacrylonitrile, calcium bicarbonate, graphite, anthracene, cephalosporin, ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, starch, potassium chloride, baking soda and other materials. It serves the food industry, petrochemical industry, salinization, pharmaceutical and other industries.

The pusher centrifuge has the characteristics of automatic continuous operation, large production capacity, high output, low energy consumption, compact structure, not easy to break grains, and washable filter residue. It is suitable for the separation of medium particle crystalline or short fiber suspensions.

The 11th China International Fluid Machinery Exhibition (CFME) was opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on March 7. The exhibition lasted for four days, and about 600 leading enterprises participated in the exhibition with their blockbuster products. The exhibition is a complete collections of significant achievements made by the Chinese general machinery industry in the fight against COVID-19, active action and stable industry growth. It is also a concentrated demonstration of the localization achievements of major technologies and equipment in the Chinese general machinery industry in recent years.
